Welcome to Mialight. By downloading or using the Mialight mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Medical Disclaimer (Not Professional Advice)
Mialight is not a medical device or a healthcare provider.
For Informational Purposes Only: The content provided, including affirmations, manifestation tools, meditation timers, and audio tracks, is for inspirational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of Mialight does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship.
Seek Professional Help: Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you read or heard in Mialight. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services (e.g., 911 in the U.S.) immediately.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Mialight offers premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions.
Apple's Role: All purchases, payments, and subscriptions are processed and managed exclusively by Apple via the App Store.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. All refund requests must be directed to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
3. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content
Ownership: The Mialight name, logo, UI design, and original affirmations are the property of Mialight Studio.
Third-Party Media: Certain audio and visual assets are used under royalty-free licenses from third-party platforms. These assets are for your personal use within the app only and may not be extracted, redistributed, or resold.
Product analytics: We may use third-party product analytics to improve the app, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or show third-party ads inside Mialight.
4. User Content and Privacy
Your Data: Content you create—such as manifest grids, cosmic echo notes, boundary notes, mood check-ins, Desire Map stars, highlight journal entries, and affirmation-related activity—may be stored on your device and, where the app uses Apple's private CloudKit or iCloud Key-Value storage, under your Apple ID as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not host those private entries on Mialight Studio servers.
Optional device features: Some tools may request access to the camera, photo library, device motion, local notifications, or background audio only to provide the feature you chose; see the Privacy Policy for how each is used.
Magnet tool unlock: Certain tools may ask you to verify with your device passcode or biometrics before opening. That verification is performed by iOS and is not sent to Mialight Studio.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID / iCloud settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mialight and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or your reliance on any information provided within the app.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of your residence, in addition to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) linked below.
7. Apple Standard EULA
Your use of Mialight is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to apps obtained through the App Store.
